Professional Experience
Dale Regelman practices in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Group. His recent experience includes:
- Currently represents clients in the computer, chemical, pharmaceutical and optical arts in patent prosecution, licensing, negotiation and related intellectual property counseling.
- Drafted and filed more than 400 United States patent applications.
- Prosecuted to issuance more than 200 United States patent applications.
- Served as a Senior Research Scientist with The Upjohn Company and a Research Leader with Dow Chemical.
- Mr. Regelman is an inventor on 16 United States patents.
