Professional Experience
Allison Sell practices in the firm’s Public Finance Group. Her recent experience includes:
- Assisting clients with various municipal financings, including redevelopment authority lease revenue bonds, general obligation bonds, utility revenue bonds and bond anticipation notes.
- Advising clients regarding tax incremental financing districts and other economic development and redevelopment matters, including development agreements.
- Working with school districts for the financing of capital projects.
- Providing assistance related to public records and open meetings laws.
- Working with clients for 501(c)(3) and industrial revenue bond financings.
