Event Details
Presentation Overview
Tribal Energy Resource Agreements, renewable energy projects on tribal lands, tribal ordinances for air quality, solid waste, and other environmental regulation, greater autonomy over management and repatriation of cultural resources, more sophisticated contracting, all of these developing areas can be used by tribes to reclaim much of their autonomy, expand their business, and develop their economies. Quarles & Brady LLP offers this seminar
