Quarles & Brady Welcomes Real Estate Attorney

PHOENIX, ARIZ. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP is pleased to announce that Darren V. Roman has joined the Firm as Of Counsel in the Real Estate Group.

Mr. Roman focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions in commercial lending and finance transactions. His experience includes extensive documentation and negotiation of real estate loans, asset-based credit facilities, syndicated loan transactions, loans to tribal entities, gaming facilities, construction lending and multi-jurisdictional franchise loans.

He earned his law degree from the George Washington University Law School and his Bachelor of Science degree, in Finance, from Arizona State University.
