Andrea J. Fowler / Associate
Professional Experience
Andrea Fowler is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Group and is an active member in the insurance recovery team. Ms. Fowler also represents a variety of clients in complex civil disputes. Her recent experience includes:
  • Representing intellectual property owners in enforcing patent, trademark and trade secret rights.

  • Representing financial institutions in the defense of Truth in Lending claims.

  • Assisting clients with environmental solid waste and Clean Water Act compliance matters.
Ms. Fowler also has experience representing individual pro bono clients in civil rights matters, and has extensive experience representing high school students in truancy related issues.
