Quarles & Brady Attorney Elected to Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity
PHOENIX, ARIZ. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady is pleased to announce that
Michel J. Ayer, an attorney in the Firm’s Phoenix office, has been elected onto Habitat for Humanity’s Central Arizona Board of Directors.
Mr. Ayer is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Group. He focuses his practice on representation of real estate lenders and financial institutions in real estate financing transactions, title and survey review for commercial real estate developments, purchase and sale transactions involving commercial real estate and representation of commercial landlords in retail and office leasing transactions. He earned his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and his B.S. degree from California State Polytechnic University.
