Quarles & Brady Welcomes Back Trusts & Estates Attorney
PHOENIX, ARIZ. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Trisha L. Baggs has re-joined the Firm’s Phoenix office in the Trusts & Estates Group. Ms. Baggs previously was in private practice.
Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration. Ms. Baggs provides simple and sophisticated estate planning advice including, traditional bypass trust and marital deduction planning, life insurance trusts, and charitable estate planning. She is also a certified financial planner, a chartered retirement planning counselor, a member of the Wills for Heroes Foundation’s Steering Committee and the State Bar of Arizona’s Rules of Professional Conduct Committee, and co-founder of the Estate Planners of the East Valley.
She received both her law degree,
magna cum laude, and undergraduate degree,
summa cum laude, from Arizona State University.
