Two Quarles & Brady Attorneys Selected as "Up and Coming" Lawyers
 

MILWAUKEE, WIS. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady is pleased to announce that Andrew P. Beilfuss and Amalia Levit Todryk, were selected as “Up and Coming Lawyers 2010” honorees by the Wisconsin Law Journal. They were selected from among over 70 nominated attorneys.

The “Up and Coming Lawyers 2010” honorees are attorneys that are on the fast track to making a significant impact on the legal profession. They represent determination - in legal work, community betterment, and in improving their own law firms. They were honored on Tuesday, August 31.

Andrew P. Beilfuss, an attorney in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, focuses his practice primarily on litigation, often in the franchise and product marketing and distribution context. He also advises on contract drafting and regulatory matters including advising on product distribution, state and federal franchise laws, the Uniform Commercial Code, terms and conditions of sale and state distribution, and relationship laws. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and his B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Amalia Levit Todryk, an attorney in the Trusts & Estates Practice Group, focuses her practice on estate planning and wealth preservation strategies for individuals, small business owners and professionals. Her experience includes: preparing wills, trusts, marital property agreements, financial powers of attorney, and health care powers of attorney, traditional bypass trust and marital deduction planning, charitable estate planning, generation-skipping transfer tax planning, asset protection planning, and estate and trust administration. She earned her law degree from Marquette University Law School and her B.A. degree from the University of Michigan.
