Professional Experience
Bernard Kearney practices business law in the area of real estate serving clients in all aspects of real estate law, with an emphasis in real estate finance, commercial land development, construction, and leasing. His recent experience includes:
  • Representation of borrower in the negotiation of construction loans totaling in excess of $300 million for various hospitality properties.

  • Representation of developers and investors in the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial real estate.

  • Negotiation and drafting and of complex industrial, office and retail lease agreements on behalf of landlords.

  • Negotiation and drafting of construction contracts, professional service, agreements and development agreements in connection with large construction projects.

  • Advising corporate clients in all matters pertaining to real estate acquisition, disposition, ownership and risk management.
