Two Quarles & Brady Attorneys Recognized in International Who's Who of Franchise Lawyers
MILWAUKEE, WIS. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that partners David A. Beyer and Jeffrey H. Wolf were named to
The International Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers 2011 by Who’s Who Legal.
Mr. Beyer and Mr. Wolf are among 314 lawyers in the world to receive this recognition. Who’s Who Legal identifies the foremost legal practitioners in several areas of business law around the world. Nominees are selected based on comprehensive, independent surveys with both general counsel and private practice lawyers.
The International Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers 2011 guide will be published in October.
Mr. Beyer is an attorney in the Firm’s Tampa office and is a member of the Franchise and Distribution Group. He has extensive experience in organizing and structuring franchise and other distribution programs. He also represents franchisors on technology-related issues, including web site development, e-commerce, cybersquatting and channel conflict. Mr. Beyer was named one of Florida’s Legal Elite by
Florida Trend magazine and has been listed as one of the
Best Lawyers in America each year since 2006. He is also consistently named a “Legal Eagle” in the franchising community as one of the top franchise lawyers in the U.S. by
Franchise Times magazine. As a leader in the development of franchise law in Florida, he has served multiple terms as chairman of the Franchise Law Committee of The Florida Bar. Mr. Beyer earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and his bachelor’s degree from Tulane University.
Mr. Wolf is an attorney in the Firm’s Phoenix office and is a member of the Franchise and Distribution Group. His national franchise litigation practice focuses on representing franchisors, manufacturers and marketers of products and services. Mr. Wolf was selected as an Arizona’s Finest Lawyer in 2011 and he has been listed as one of the
Best Lawyers in America each year since 2007. He is also consistently recognized as one of the top 100 franchise lawyers in the U.S. by
Franchise Times magazine. He earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his undergraduate degree from the University of Hartford.
