Initial public offerings, along with other capital-raising transactions, recently have been in the news. The program will include a general overview of an IPO, as well as a discussion of provisions of the recent JOBS Act that could streamline the process for many prospective issuers. The program will conclude with a panel discussion of practical tips and take-aways regarding the IPO process, including Rexnord Corporation's recent successful IPO. The panel will consist of Rexnord’s Chief Financial Officer, Mark Peterson, General Counsel, Patty Whaley, and Quarles & Brady attorneys who advised on the IPO.

This seminar is designed for in-house counsel and other interested corporate executives; Quarles & Brady will apply for one hour of CLE credit in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Clients attending will receive a CLE report at the end of the year for all earned credit.
