This program will present practical approaches to defending (and avoiding) class actions throughout all phases. We will review key recent decisions from the United States Supreme Court as well as early applications of those decisions among the federal courts, and will discuss innovative approaches to handling large class action litigation.
This seminar is designed for in-house counsel and other interested corporate executives; Quarles & Brady will apply for one hour of CLE credit in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Clients attending will receive a CLE report at the end of the year for all earned credit.
