Brandon R. Gutschow, Associate


Brandon Gutschow represents clients in all phases of complex commercial litigation. His practice focuses on insurance coverage and on energy and utility law. Brandon’s experience includes:

  • Representing major Wisconsin manufacturers in long-tail insurance coverage disputes involving asbestos and environmental claims triggering multiple policies
  • Advising clients across various industries with respect to a broad range of insurance coverage issues, including strategies for placing and maximizing various types of coverage
  • Representing paper mill client in sewerage rate dispute before the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin
  • Representing brewery client in water rate case before the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin
  • Representing utility client in rate cases and other regulatory matters
