Professional Experience
Bruce Bauer is a litigation partner, practicing primarily in the field of complex business litigation before state and federal courts and arbitrators, and chairs the Firm’s Internal Investigations Group. He has substantial experience in structuring and managing clients’ products liability and other litigation activities nationwide, including selection and direction of local counsel as well as in the conduct of mediations and internal investigations. He has active duty military experience with hydraulic, electrical, communications, and automotive systems, including combat infantry experience.
