Ms. Lucente focuses her transactional practice on franchise and business law. She regularly assists both start-up and established franchisors on a wide range of franchise law matters, such as regulatory compliance, the preparation of disclosure documents, structuring and documenting new franchise and other distribution programs, and various other related corporate and business matters.

Ms. Lucente has also represented lenders and companies in a diversity of securities transactions, including private equity offerings and preparation of proxy materials, registration statements and Exchange Act reports. Her experience also includes negotiating and drafting asset and stock purchase agreements, merger agreements and employment contracts.
