Professional Experience
Christopher Fahy concentrates his practice in intellectual property litigation and client counseling, in the retail and manufacturing industries. Mr. Fahy has experience with a broad range of technologies including mechanical devices, confectioneries, gaming devices, stem cells, automotive systems and robotics.

Mr. Fahy is experienced in many aspects of patent litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice and claim construction. He has argued motions, and taken and defended depositions of fact and expert witnesses. He has litigated matters involving patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, trade dress, the Lanham Act, unfair competition and false advertising. He has negotiated settlements and litigated numerous matters involving patent trolls/non-practicing entities. He also has experience with emergency motion practice for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunction proceedings. He is also experienced in Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission.

Mr. Fahy also assists clients in the acquisition, protection and exploitation of their intellectual property including such areas as brand licensing.

Mr. Fahy worked for several years as a mechanical engineer with ASEA Brown Boveri (ABB), Inc., where he specialized in mechanical issues with their robotic products, and SubZero Freezer Company, Inc., where he oversaw the manufacture of refrigeration equipment parts.
