We’ve worked with Harley-Davidson for years and served the company in many capacities; most notably, we’ve been its national product liability counsel for pattern defect claims, with an unbroken record of trial victories.

Understanding Their Business

We’ve gone to great lengths to understand not only Harley-Davidson’s business, but the world in which it thrives. Nearly all of our attorneys who serve the company have taken motorcycle rider skills training, and bringing home your first Harley is a rite of passage at Quarles & Brady. Every member of the team has toured the Harley-Davidson facilities at least once, and some of us have made the annual ride to Sturgis with our friends from the company. We’ve even placed some of our own attorneys in secondments, working side by side with our partners in the Harley-Davidson legal department. As a result, we’ve built a real and lasting trust between the two organizations that enables Quarles & Brady to operate as an extension of Harley-Davidson's legal department—in fact, we like to think of ourselves as Harley-Davidson’s “other” field office.
