Corporate Services

The Corporate Services Group (“CSG”) of Quarles & Brady LLP is comprised of attorneys and legal assistants in Arizona, Florida, Illinois and Wisconsin who serve the corporate and commercial needs of clients located throughout the United States. Our CSG practitioners have built a national reputation for excellence in the quality of our counsel and the delivery of our services. Our clients come from nearly every industry and represent nearly every form of legal structure. Yet they have one thing in common: a knowledge that their legal needs will receive our full attention, regardless of the size or scope of the matter.

Our Group has been organized to meet our clients’ needs in the most efficient manner possible. Although we offer a full range of corporate and commercial law services, we find that many of our clients’ transactions and legal needs fall into naturally occurring categories. With that in mind, CSG attorneys practice as part of 11 specialty teams: Corporate Finance/Securities, Emerging Growth CompaniesInvestor Services, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance and Compliance, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Privately Held Business Group, Commercial Financial Services, Commercial Law, International Business and Antitrust, Trade Regulation & Franchising.

Not surprisingly, our clients’ concerns often involve areas other than corporate and commercial law. As a full service law firm, Quarles & Brady LLP is able to provide coordinated legal counsel and services in the full range of subjects that may affect, or result from, nearly every business initiative. The close relationships that exist between CSG and the other practice groups at the Firm mean that clients can avoid the redundancies, inefficiencies and conflicts that can be the consequence of seeking new counsel for every issue that arises.

In these uncertain times, individuals and organizations need experienced, knowledgeable counsel to help them negotiate the rapidly changing demands of modern business. However, they deserve an attorney/client partnership based on proven responsiveness, efficiency and open communication. Our practice teams offer these qualities and the skills necessary to help you effectively balance the risks you take and the rewards you seek.
