Professional Experience
Courtney R. Heeren practices in the Firm’s Labor & Employment Group. She has experience in employment-related litigation, advice, counseling, and management of employment discrimination and harassment charges in federal and state courts and government agencies. Her experience includes:
  • Representing companies, educational institutions, and religious organizations in administrative proceedings and lawsuits based upon Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and other federal and state employment legislation.

  • Reviewing and revising FMLA policies.

  • Advising clients regarding compliance with federal and state labor and employment law.
