Professional Experience
Dana Grutchfield is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Group.

Dana concentrates her practice in acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, leasing and real estate finance. She has extensive experience representing institutional and entrepreneurial purchasers and sellers of vacant land, office buildings, multifamily projects, mobile home parks, and retail and mixed use developments. She also handles commercial leases for landlords and tenants of office, retail, restaurant and industrial properties. In addition, Dana has significant experience representing borrowers and lenders in real estate secured, asset based and unsecured loan transactions, and has handled numerous transactions involving complex Florida documentary stamp and intangible tax issues.

Prior to joining Quarles & Brady, she held the position of General Counsel and Vice President of Business Affairs at FrankCrum in Clearwater, Florida, where she handled legal matters for the privately owned national professional employer organization.
