Professional Experience
David Bourne is a partner in the Milwaukee office and is the national chair of the Firm’s Commercial Financial Services Team. In addition to his extensive practice representing borrowers and lenders in single-lender and syndicated financings and restructurings, Dave has worked with a number of our clients in negotiating and documenting asset securitization facilities, and in that regard, has experience with the preparation of so-called “true sale” legal opinions. Dave also regularly reviews and negotiates interest rate protection agreements, such as ISDA swap contracts.
