Quarles & Brady Attorneys Named Best Lawyers'® 2011 Lawyers of the Year

The lawyers being honored as “Lawyers of the Year” have received particularly high ratings in the peer-review surveys by earning a high level of respect among their peers for their abilities, professionalism, and integrity.
Kevin A. Delorey,
a partner in the Firm’s Real Estate group, was named
Best Lawyers’ 2011 Madison Real Estate Lawyer of the Year. Mr. Delorey’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate development and construction, among them acquisition and sale; land use and zoning approval; subdivision and condominium documentation, and design and construction contract negotiation and drafting, including drafting of multiparty, integrated project delivery contracts and related documents. He was selected for inclusion in
Chambers USA® in the area of real estate. He received his law degree,
magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his undergraduate degree,
with highest honors, from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point.
Michael A. Jaskolski, a partner with the Firm’s Intellectual Property group, was named
Best Lawyers’ 2011 Milwaukee Intellectual Property Lawyer of the Year. Mr. Jaskolski has significant experience in patent and intellectual property litigation generally, patent prosecution, IP asset management counseling, tool development and implementation, rights in data counseling, cyber counseling, licensing, and IP due diligence counseling. He was selected for inclusion in
Chambers USA® in the area of intellectual property. He received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his undergraduate degree from Marquette University.
Thomas P. McElligott, a partner with the Firm’s Environmental group, was named
Best Lawyers’ 2011 Milwaukee Environmental Lawyer of the Year. Mr. McElligott has significant experience in all aspects of environmental law including: negotiating air and water discharge permits, administrative and judicial litigation regarding air and water permits, defense of governmental and third party enforcement actions, representing private and municipal clients in real estate and commercial transactions, with a particular emphasis in “Brownfield” transactions and representing private and municipal clients in remedial projects involving state and federal authorities. He was selected for inclusion in
Chambers USA® in the area of environmental law. He received both his law degree,
cum laude, and undergraduate degree from Marquette University.
