Derek Sorenson specializes in commercial real estate, joint venture and project finance transactions on both a local and national level. He has extensive commercial real estate development experience representing owners in all aspects of development including entity formation, land acquisition, negotiation of private and public development agreements, negotiation of joint venture agreements, preparation of reciprocal easement agreements and CC&R’s, and negotiation of construction and permanent financing; commercial leasing transactions, including expertise in Arizona State Land Department transactions; commercial real estate and corporate financing transactions; and commercial real estate and corporate acquisitions.
