Diane has devoted a significant portion of her own time to numerous organizations.

The American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) is the premier organization of U.S. real estate lawyers. Admission is by invitation only, after a rigorous screening process. ACREL’s distinguished, nationally known lawyers have been elected to fellowship for their outstanding legal ability, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law. Diane is a member.

The Phoenix Community Alliance is the major private-sector catalyst dedicated solely to the revitalization of Greater Downtown Phoenix. The organization gathers the resources and work to build the great city of Phoenix. Diane sits on the board of directors and the Executive Committee, and is Vice Chair of the organization.

Valley Partnership advocates for responsible development. Representing the commercial, industrial, and master planned real estate development industry, Valley Partnership presents a balanced, pro-development perspective and the Valley’s best industry education and networking opportunities. Diane was a member of the board of directors.

Habitat for Humanity, Central Arizona, a Christian-based organization, builds, renovates, and repairs simple, decent, and affordable homes in partnership with families in need. Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona does not offer assistance on the expressed or implied condition that people must (i) adhere or convert to a particular faith or (ii) listen and respond to messaging designed to induce conversion to a particular faith. Diane is a former member of the board of directors, Executive Committee, and Advisory Council.
