Beyond the Office
Over a decade ago, Ed combined two of his life's biggest passions, cooking and the Indianapolis Colts, into tailgating for friends, family, and clients. Little did he know, this hobby would find him first in newspapers and magazines, then local television, and ultimately on The Rachel Ray Show where Ed was recognized as one of the nation's best tailgaters and tailgate chefs.
