Program Overview:

On May 18, 2016, the Department of Labor announced its long-awaited final changes to the overtime rules. Among other things, these rules increase the minimum salary for “white collar” overtime exemptions to $47,476, and include an automatic update to this salary threshold every three years. The new rules take effect on December 1, 2016. Join Sean and Chris for a webinar presentation discussing the new rules, what they mean for your company and how to ensure your company is compliant.

Who Should Attend? This seminar is designed for in-house counsel, human resources professionals, and other interested executives.

We will apply for 1.0 hour of continuing legal education credit in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Virginia, and Wisconsin. We will issue a Certificate of Attendance to Arizona attendees as the State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement.
