Business Law Training: Political Law Compliance: What Everyone Needs to Know about Lobbying, Ethics, Campaign Finance, and Pay-to-Play
Program Overview: The passage or defeat of legislation or executive branch rulemaking has an impact on every business. We will discuss the compliance concerns when a business gets involved in this political process by lobbying, hiring outside lobbying consultants, making political contributions, or otherwise engaging public officials with a hope to influence the outcome of legislative or executive action.

We will issue a Certificate of Attendance to Arizona attendees as the State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement.
If you are member of another jurisdiction that does not honor CLE credit from AZ, FL, IL, IN, VA, or WI, we will be happy to provide the materials needed in order for you to apply for CLE credit. Please contact Donna Key, our CLE Coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
