NAPLES, FLA. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that five of its Florida-based partners have been named to Florida Trend magazine’s list of “Florida Legal Elite 2011.” The eighth annual list recognizes prestigious attorneys practicing in Florida as chosen by their colleagues. The peer recognition program awards the top two percent of the approximately 66,000 active Florida Bar members.

The Quarles & Brady Florida Legal Elite 2011:

T. Robert Bulloch was named to the “Up and Comers” list. A partner in the Naples office, Mr. Bulloch practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, probate litigation, and closely held business succession planning, focusing his practice on the areas of estate planning and probate litigation. He was selected for inclusion in the Florida Super Lawyers-Rising Stars 2009 & 2010 editions. He received his law degree and bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of Florida.

Kimberly Leach Johnson (Wills, Trusts & Estates). Ms. Johnson is managing partner of the Firm’s Naples and Tampa offices. She is the Naples office chair for trusts & estates, is chair of the Firm’s Finance Committee and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. She has extensive experience representing numerous families in the planning of their estate and handling their affairs after their demise. She earned her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, her LL.M. degree from the University of Miami and her bachelor’s degree from Anderson College.

Philip V. Martino (Bankruptcy). A partner in the Tampa office, Mr. Martino concentrates his practice on commercial bankruptcy litigation. He has extensive experience in single-asset real estate bankruptcies, having represented lenders, developers and lien holders. Mr. Martino has been a member of the panel of bankruptcy trustees for the Northern District of Illinois for over 20 years. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from American University.

Bradley G. Rigor (Wills, Trusts & Estates). A partner in the Naples office, Mr. Rigor is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts & Estates attorney who concentrates his practice in estate planning and estate & trust settlement. He has over 30 years of experience working with families in the planning of their estate and with their fiduciaries in settling their affairs. Mr. Rigor is also a Certified Trust and Financial advisor (CTFA) and Certified Financial Planner^TM certificant. He received his law degree from Washburn University and his bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University.

Lansing C. Scriven (Commercial Litigation). A partner in the Tampa office, Mr. Scriven concentrates his practice in the area of business litigation, handling a diverse range of business disputes. His experience ranges from representing individual shareholders of closely-held corporations in “business divorces” to representation of contractors in complex construction disputes. He earned his law degree, with honors, from Florida State University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
