Quarles & Brady Welcomes Employee Benefits Attorney
MILWAUKEE, WIS. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Sarah L. Fowles has joined the Firm’s Milwaukee office as an associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group.
Ms. Fowles practices in all areas of employee benefits including qualified retirement plans, welfare plans, executive compensation and equity compensation. Her employee benefits experience includes drafting 409A-complaint compensation arrangements, providing advice to clients regarding compliance with group health plan mandates and welfare plan nondiscrimination rules, and representing clients in IRS retirement plan audits.
She earned her law and master’s degrees,
cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin and her undergraduate degree,
with honors, from Grinnell College.
Ms. Fowles joins employee benefits partner John Barlament, who joined the Firm in June. The Firm now has eleven attorneys in its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group.
