Quarles & Brady Names Two National Practice Group Leaders
 

MILWAUKEE, WIS. – The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that it has named Diane M. Haller as Chair of the Firm’s national Real Estate Practice and Daniel G. Radler as Chair of the Firm’s national Intellectual Property Practice.

Diane Haller, a partner in Quarles & Brady's Phoenix office, has extensive experience in multiple aspects of commercial real estate development, including the representation of local and national homebuilding companies in connection with acquiring, developing, joint venturing, financing and selling master planned communities, and the representation of court-appointed receivers in the workout and restructuring of troubled real estate assets including homebuilder assets and businesses. She serves on the boards of the Phoenix Community Alliance and Valley Partnership. She has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in the category of real estate law each year since 2005, in Chambers USA® in the category of real estate consistently since 2004, and is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. She received her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Utah.

Daniel Radler, a partner in the Firm’s Milwaukee office, focuses his practice on all aspects of patent procurement and licensing in a variety of disciplines including, material handling equipment, heavy machinery, manufacturing and molding processes, fluid dynamics, printing technology, hydraulics, and general mechanical and electro-mechanical devices. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and is a registered professional engineer in Wisconsin. He earned both his law degree, cum laude, and undergraduate degree from Marquette University.
