Professional Experience
Jaclyn Johnson practices in the Firm’s Real Estate and Indian Law Groups. Her recent experience includes:
- Developing and strengthening tribal self-government and self-determination through the preparation of lease agreements for tribal economic development projects.
- Drafting of tribal ordinances and development of tribal codes in the areas of gaming, labor and employment, and pesticide use.
- Preparing and negotiating agreements for the development of tribal housing.
- Representing lenders in connection with the transition and disposition of foreclosed property.
- Representing landlords in the leasing and management of commercial real estate.
