Jason Curry practices in the Firm’s Commercial Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights Group. His recent experience includes:
- Representing creditors and debtors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 proceedings.
- Assisting lending institutions/banks in connection with foreclosures, workout strategies in various debt collection scenarios.
- Representing clients in stay relief negotiations and litigation, claims litigation and other bankruptcy matters.
