Jeff Schneider represents a variety of clients on commercial real estate matters, including financing, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and loan workouts and foreclosures.
Before joining Quarles, he represented clients in all aspects of public offerings and private placements of residential mortgage-backed securities.
