Professional Experience
John Craiger's practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation and creditors’ rights. Using pre-judgment and post-judgment creditors’ remedies, including replevins, attachments, garnishments and receiverships, he has enabled creditors to move quickly to protect and recover their collateral and to collect indebtednesses owed to them. His practice also focuses on litigation disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, defamation and other business related torts, in addition to a substantial products liability practice. He has substantial experience advising clients on responding to discovery requests and subpoenas, including instituting the necessary legal hold instructions and coordinating a response with the requesting party. His most recent experience includes:
- Successfully representing a large Arizona company against claims of breach of contract and other business related torts.
- Defense of large product manufacturers in the context of property damage and catastrophic injury including automotive products.
- Assisting a very large pharmaceutical distributor in responding to hundreds of subpoenas issued by various governmental entities or in various state or federal criminal or civil court proceedings, including the production of electronic information.
- Assisting clients with effective alternatives to litigation as well as representation in American Arbitration Association cases.
