Joseph T. Kohn, Associate

Biography

Joseph Kohn practices in the area of commercial litigation, representing clients at both the trial and appellate levels. He has experience in a wide range of matters, from representing individuals and small business owners in local disputes and lawsuits to defending large companies in product liability and antitrust class actions. He represents clients in both state and federal courts and has experience in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, including trials and mediation. He focuses his practice on real estate and financial services litigation, representing local and national lenders, loan servicers, title insurers and local businesses in complex real estate and business disputes. Prior to attending law school, Joseph opened and managed a small business in Southwest Florida.
