Professional Experience
Julie Ebert’s practice includes serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel or special counsel to Wisconsin municipalities, counties, school districts and other political subdivisions as well as the State of Wisconsin for general obligation issues, revenue bond issues, tax incremental financing issues, tax/revenue/grant anticipation issues and special assessment bond issues. Her experience includes the following:
  • Served as bond counsel to the State of Wisconsin $1,700,000,000 General Fund Annual Appropriation Bonds issued to repay its unfunded pension and sick leave liability.

  • Serves as bond counsel in connection with tax incremental financing and other economic development issues for Wisconsin communities.

  • Serves as bond counsel in connection with Wisconsin school district referendum issues and cash-flow financings.
