Julie Cole serves as Quarles & Brady's Chief Client Relations Officer, leading a team of dedicated professionals in growing the firm through superior client service. She possesses a wealth of professional services and Fortune 150 experience helping organizations grow through client attraction and retention. Julie brings a focused, collaborative approach to her role, providing leadership and strategic counsel to the firm's executive management, client teams and individual attorneys.
Prior to joining the firm, Julie served as vice president of North American Marketing for ManpowerGroup, (MAN) where she oversaw a 65-person team supporting four business units representing $3.5 billion in revenue, and was an integral member of the Global Leadership Team. She spearheaded the development of an enterprise-wide satisfaction and loyalty program, driving client growth and solidifying critical client partnerships. She also participated in the Bain & Company Net Promoter SystemSM Loyalty Forum, a group of Fortune 100 company professionals that share and shape loyalty best practices.
Julie is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in Journalism, and completed Six Sigma Executive Training at the University of Wisconsin. Throughout her career, she has received multiple awards for her creativity and innovation.
