Kate Moore is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group, where her practice focuses on commercial and real estate financing transactions. Kate primarily represents local, national, and international lenders in the structuring and negotiation of construction loans, permanent loans, leasehold financing, secured revolving lines of credit, asset-based financing, lines of credit secured by multiple properties, and loans with multi-state collateral. Kate also represents lenders in connection with loan modifications, debt sales, intercreditor arrangements, subordinations and various restructuring scenarios.
