Biography

Katy Wills is a paralegal in the Labor & Employment practice group at Quarles & Brady. Prior to joining the firm in June 2016, Katy has been a Certified Paralegal for 14 years and has professional experience in the following practice areas:

Katy coordinates labor and employment litigation on a national basis for a variety of employers and corporations. As a Certified Paralegal, Katy assists with research and analysis of employment, insurance, medical, and criminal record files, research and interpretation of relevant case law, preparation of defense case strategies, deposition and medical record summaries, witness files, drafting of pleadings, discovery and correspondence, coding and maintenance of database programs for voluminous case files (including Relativity, Concordance, Summation iBlaze, Sanction, and Trial Director), maintaining client relations and direct communication with employers, insurance carriers, medical providers and expert witnesses, along with extensive experience in preparing for mediations, arbitrations and State and Federal Court jury trials.
