Keely F. Morton, Associate

Biography

Keely Morton practices in the area of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation. Ms. Morton represents clients at both the trial and appellate levels. Her recent experience includes

  • Negotiation of favorable pre-trial resolution of multimillion-dollar breach of fiduciary duty claim against corporate fiduciary;
  • Successful appeal on behalf of beneficiary of estate regarding priority of expenses;
  • Defense of creditor claims by institutional lenders in probate disputes;
  • Advice to individual trustee regarding duties under Florida law.
