Professional Experience
Keith Heidmann practices in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Group. Mr. Heidmann’s practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the chemical, biotechnology and mechanical arts, as well as on the drafting of agreements for the licensing of all types of intellectual property.
Mr. Heidmann’s experience includes:
- Drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications.
- Drafting and reviewing patent, copyright, trade secret and trademark license agreements.
- Providing opinions on patent validity, intellectual property infringement and freedom to practice.
- Researching intellectual property litigation issues and providing other litigation support services.
- Obtaining U.S. copyright registrations.
