Professional Experience

Kelly Turenne practices in the Firm’s Corporate Services Group. Ms. Turenne’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, real estate law, and general corporate matters. Her recent experience includes:

  • Representation of buyers and sellers in acquisition and divestiture transactions. 

  • Advising publicly and privately held businesses in general corporate and commercial matters. 

  • Representation of commercial lenders and borrowers in credit transactions and financings. 

  • Advising clients regarding joint venture and merger-related antitrust exposure. 

  • Due diligence, title, and survey review in connection with commercial real estate financings involving housing tax credits. 

  • Documentation, due diligence and closing of commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions.
