Kent Stevens specializes in the areas of real estate development and finance, complex real estate workouts and special governmental matters. Mr. Stevens’ experience includes:
- Representing multiple landowners in development of regional shopping mall.
- Advising clients in land exchange of environmentally sensitive desert land with U.S. Bureau of Land Management.
- Counseling permanent lender in lease disputes, construction defects and disposition of shopping center acquired through enforcement action.
- Representing construction lender in workout of failed master-planned community and disposition of project to multiple homebuilders.
