Professional Experience
Khalaf Khalaf is an attorney in the Product Liability, Toxic Tort and Personal Injury Litigation Group. Before starting at Quarles & Brady, Khalaf served as a Public Service Assistant District Attorney for the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Khalaf successfully tried a jury trial, examined witnesses in a felony trial and appeared in initial intake hearings.
For the past three years, Khalaf has handled product liability claims for national clients all over the country. Khalaf has evaluated the merit of claims presented and successfully resolved claims with early settlement where needed or fought claimants who refused to settle with motion practice.
Khalaf’s experience includes:
- Resolving personal injury claims and product liability claims for a large national brewer;
- Defending a national motorcycle manufacturer against product liability claims and lawsuits;
- Obtaining successful dispositive motions on product liability lawsuits.
