Professional Experience
Kristen Danyluk practices in the Corporate Services Group. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, representing both buyers and sellers in stock and asset transactions. Kristen also represents institutional investors in their investment activities, including their potential investments in private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, and other alternative investment vehicles. In addition, she regularly advises privately held companies on business planning and formation and general corporate matters. Her recent experience includes:
  • Advising public charity and foundation investors on private equity and hedge fund investments and negotiating terms and side letters where appropriate.

  • Representing a private equity firm in the acquisition and disposition of its portfolio companies.

  • Representing a public company in the divestiture of one of its business divisions.

  • Advising clients regarding general business planning and forming business entities, including limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
