Krupa Shah is an attorney in the Corporate Services Group at Quarles & Brady LLP. She counsels not-for-profit organizations, public and private corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies on a wide variety of federal, state, local, legal and tax issues. Her practice includes:
  • Advising clients regarding the creation of new tax-exempt organizations, including providing advice regarding the attributes of different organizational structures and the application for appropriate federal and state tax exemptions.
