Accessibility / Title III of ADA

We advise clients on their obligations to make their services, property, buildings, web sites, and other digital media accessible to individuals with disabilities, and how to do so in a practical and risk-tolerant manner. We also defend companies against claims that they violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and similar laws related to accessibility standards for individuals with disabilities. We help companies assess their risk and implement steps to minimize it.

Our clients include a wide range of businesses, financial institutions, retail companies, schools (secondary and post-secondary), and non-profits that are online-only companies, brick and mortar businesses, and then companies with online and physical presences.
