Quarles & Brady's Langlois Receives Real Estate Award from Milwaukee Business Journal
MILWAUKEE, WIS. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Scott L. Langlois, a partner in the Firm’s Milwaukee office, received a Real Estate Award for his part in The City Center at 735 project from
The Milwaukee Business Journal.
Mr. Langlois is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Group. He practices in all areas involving commercial real estate including real estate development, purchase and sale, financing, land use, condominiums and leasing. He received both his law degree,
cum laude, and bachelor’s degree,
with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin.
The City Center at 735 project encompasses the renovation of a downtown Milwaukee building that has been empty for 22 years. The project linked the two First Wisconsin National Bank buildings to create one that now contains a gym taking up five of the eight floors, parking garage, retail spaces, espresso bar, river view patio space and more.
