Professional Experience
Lauren Elliott Stine practices in the area of commercial litigation and the appellate practice subgroup. Her experience includes:
- Representing local and national corporations in complex contract disputes.
- Assisting clients in special action and appellate proceedings.
- Representing clients in construction litigation matters, including the representation of a construction manager in a dispute brought by a project owner and the representation of a developer of a condominium conversion project against claims brought by condominium unit owners.
