Leila N. Sahar, Associate


Leila Sahar is a member of the firm’s Product Liability Group. Her practice focuses on representing product manufacturers against high-exposure product defect litigation as well as representing health care industry clients in litigation involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and skilled nursing home care. Her experience encompasses defense against product defect, premises liability, breach of warranty, property damage, and wrongful death claims. Her recent experience includes:

  • Briefing and obtaining favorable appellate decision resulting in indemnification and summary judgment for fire protection company in complex premises liability matter;
  • Representation of a national motorcycle manufacturer against product liability claims, breach of warranty, and wrongful death claims across the country;
  • Representation of large industrial equipment manufacturers against product liability, breach of warranty, and wrongful death claims;
  • Representation of global water tank and water filtration system manufacturer against product liability, property damage, and subrogation claims;
  • Representation of medical device manufacturers and skilled nursing home care facilities;
  • Representation of multi-national companies in toxic tort and asbestos defense.

Leila has represented clients in both state and federal court across 15 states, handling all aspects of pre-trial preparation including significant pre-trial briefing, trial strategy, and witness preparation.
